Order - November 21, 2002 regarding stay

In the matter of a request for review made by IET-Aquarecherche Ltée and Madame Marie-Claude Cantin and M. Karl F. Ehrlich with respect to environmental protection compliance order No. 2008-2002-08-22-001

Having considered the request of the applicants with respect to the suspension of the compliance order, as well as all the supporting documents filed by the applicants in this matter;

And having considered the reply by the Minister of the Environment to the applicants' request for a suspension of the compliance order, as well as the supporting documents filed by the Minister in this matter;

It is Hereby Ordered that:

The request made by the applicants for suspension of environmental protection compliance order No. 2008-2002-08-22-001 be denied.

Reasons for this decision will follow.
