Having considered the request made by the applicants for a suspension of the compliance order, as well as all the supporting documents filed by the applicants in this matter;
And having considered the request for confidentiality made by the applicants with respect to sensitive commercial information;
And having regard to the efforts of both parties to settle this matter through continuing discussions;
And having regard to the date on which the environmental protection compliance order is effective with respect to the information relating to the substances listed on page 2 of the order;
And having regard to the necessity of giving the Minister of the Environment an opportunity to file a reply to the request for a suspension of the order made by the applicants,
[1] Environmental protection compliance order No. 2008-2002-08-22-001 be suspended until 21 November 2001;
[2] The Minister of the Environment file a reply to the request for a suspension of the compliance order by noon, 20 November 2002; and
[3] The list of substances set out on page 2 of the compliance order be kept confidential by Environmental Protection Review Canada until a decision is made in the context of a full hearing of the matter.
